Responsible to Director of Development.
The postholder is essential to the effective and efficient operations of the Development & Alumni Engagement team and providing a personal administrative and organisational support. You will provide 1:1 Executive Assistant support to the Director and will be responsible for diary management, liaising with high level internal and external stakeholders, meeting preparation, managing correspondence, and providing administrative expertise. You will also provide comprehensive support to the Group’s Senior Leadership Team, supporting strategic planning and driving departmental actions forward.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone to build on their high level relationship management and administration skills and build their communications experience with high-level constituencies. Experience of working with a diverse range of people will be required, as well as, the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels via all channels.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will champion the values of the Development and Alumni Engagement Team: Making a difference, Collaboration, Being solution-focused, and having a passion for learning. The postholder’s ability to provide support, direction, where appropriate and coordination and collaboration with the various administrative activities across the department will be vital in upholding these values.
In summary, we're looking for an individual who not only possesses strong administrative and coordination skills but also aligns with our team values, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the Development and Alumni Engagement team.
