This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting a key strategic priority for the University of Warwick, the STEM Connect Programme.

This cross-institution programme was established in 2018 to reimagine the way we deliver discovery-led and translational STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) research in a data-driven era, and how we inspire and teach future generations of scientists and engineers.

We are working with our Academic Departments and Faculties to consider the key enablers of innovation and scientific discovery in a changing world.

The STEM Connect programme aims to transform the way we think about, and deliver, science by building on our existing strengths and capabilities, whilst adapting and responding to new opportunities and cross-disciplinary global challenges.

As a delivery manger you will be someone who oversee and optimize the delivery of a large and complex Transformation Programme, managing a series of complex activities to aid the successful delivery of the programme.

You will use both agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure successful execution, meet defined objectives, and enhance operational efficiency.

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement, liaising with Senior Officer teams and academics across the University to ensure timely and effective delivery of the programme.

You will also manage relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with the University’s processes and monitoring SLAs, escalation procedures, and configuration management issues.
