You will work closely with colleagues in Development and Alumni Engagement and across the University, to support the planning and delivery of events that enable mutually beneficial relationships with alumni, prospects and donors.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of engagement events across multiple channels, including in person, online and hybrid events.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
You have experience of contributing to the planning and delivery of innovative and engaging events, and a clear passion for curating the right atmosphere to maximise engagement.
You are thoughtful of the attendee experience and
and your attention to detail means that you maximise every area of an event. Your excellent communication skills allow you to work successfully alongside a variety of internal and external stakeholders, from students through to the University Executive board. You can problem solve quickly and effectively.
