As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, inclusive recruitment services to assigned faculties and departments. You’ll support hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
We’re looking for:
• Experience in recruitment or HR operations, with strong organisational and communication skills.• A customer-focused mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.• Confidence in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions and action plans.• Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to recruitment.• A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
