Warwick Accommodation requires a Customer Service Assistant to support the Customer Services team and provide administrative support to the Customer Services Manager.
Hours will be 18 hours per week (working 5 days over 7 on approximately 6 occasions per year to support the University Open Days). The flexibility to work extra hours if required would be desirable during very busy periods.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good organisational and administration skills who would like to work closely with our Student Customers.
The post is currently vacant, and you would preferably be available to start as soon as possible.
