Flexible Working
You will join the Educational Support Services team in the School of Life Sciences at Warwick University. The School of Life Science is based at the University’s Gibbet Hill site.
The Student Office is open to students five days a week. Due to the nature of this role, there is an expectation that the post-holder will spend a minimum of 80% of their time working on campus.
There may be periods requiring 100% on-campus presence (e.g. during teaching or exam periods, or to provide team cover), particularly within the first three months to support training.
Following successful completion of the training period, hybrid working may be available, typically allowing for one day per week working from home. There is also a requirement to work up to 6 Saturdays a year to support open and offer holder days.

We are looking for individuals with excellent administrative and customer service skills to provide support to students and staff in a busy office environment.
You will have strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
High IT literacy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage a busy workload with multiple priorities.
You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
